About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You contribute to the professional implementation of construction measures and the execution of projects.
You are responsible for the planning and design of systems and room automation systems.
You coordinate with project managers, specialist planners, clients/owners and contractors.
You are involved in projects from the site survey through schematic and construction drawings to as-built/revision drawings across all HOAI phases.
You produce automation schematics and functional lists in accordance with VDI 6040.
You contribute your innovative ideas to deliver high-quality, energy- and cost-efficient room automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in building services/plant engineering (Versorgungstechnik), MSR (measurement, control & regulation) technology, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline — alternatively a certified technician in these fields.
Initial experience in building automation and an understanding of heating, ventilation, sanitary or air-conditioning systems (HVAC/plumbing).
Interest in network protocols and bus systems used in building automation.
Experience in preparing tenders and awarding engineering and construction contracts.
Familiarity with HOAI, VOB, VOL and relevant standards.
Advantage: experience with TRIC, iTwo, Orca AVA, AutoCAD, Revit & BIM.
Business-fluent German and strong communication skills at all levels.
