About the role

  • Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Shopping) and Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns to align with client goals.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR, etc.), and flag insights or issues.
  • Build and maintain reports to communicate results to internal teams and clients.
  • Support in paid search audits and competitive research.
  • Partner with creative and growth teams to align messaging, landing pages, and testing strategies.
  • Contribute to process improvements by documenting workflows and suggesting automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
  • Strong understanding of SEM fundamentals (keyword match types, bidding strategies, conversion tracking)
  • Familiarity with GTM, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking setups
  • Curious and proactive → you like to experiment and find better ways to improve performance.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopping feeds, YouTube ads, or cross-channel knowledge (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
