Key responsibilities & impact

Build and lead the team that executes flawlessly; scaling teams, systems and processes that deliver customer delight and healthy margins.
Own the execution of work orders and projects.
Accountable for everything technicians do, ensuring safety and quality. Customer experience and profitability is your outcome.
Responsible for 2 countries, 7 regions, and nearly 300 technicians.
Recruit, develop and lead field service managers to operate a customer-centric organization.
Seek long-term solutions and implement processes that simplify a complex industry.
Precisely manage subcontractors to high standards.
Build a field service team that is the standard of excellence within the EV industry.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of building teams, with a majority in renewable energy, preferably EV.
Deep Field Service operational expertise.
Demonstrated ability to scale rapidly without breaking things.
A contagious "whatever it takes" mindset and high-agency approach to problem solving.
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Construction and commissioning experience; ability to spot opportunities and safety issues at any jobsite.
