About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintaining generators, diagnosing and repairing problems, installing and replacing components or entire systems
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on generators
Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls
Responding promptly to Power/Generator alarms; ability to be on call 24/7
Performing work with the awareness of all potential hazards connected with the installation and maintenance of power supply equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two or more years of experience with generator maintenance is preferred
Minimum of one year of intense work-related experience with generator and electrical maintenance-related software, hardware, and processes
Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair
Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
Basic knowledge of pertinent FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations
