About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external, in English and German
Facilitate regular status updates, meetings, and reporting to ensure alignment across teams
Provide guidance on methodology, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
Oversee implementation and execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements
Take full ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make decisions proactively to keep projects on track
Drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects
Understand the value levers of the project and deliver on them

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry
Proven experience as a project manager ideally in the consumer goods industry, ideally around technology transformation
Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years
Excellent communication, proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving
Capable of working in a remote team
Experience in Salesforce would be a benefit
Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
Other language skills are considered a plus
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
