Project Lead, German Speaking
Peak & PeakProject Lead responsible for driving strategic initiatives in consumer goods sector. Overseeing project management from conception to delivery while ensuring stakeholder collaboration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external, in English and German
- Facilitate regular status updates, meetings, and reporting to ensure alignment across teams
- Provide guidance on methodology, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
- Oversee implementation and execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Take full ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make decisions proactively to keep projects on track
- Drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects
- Understand the value levers of the project and deliver on them
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry
- Proven experience as a project manager ideally in the consumer goods industry, ideally around technology transformation
- Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years
- Excellent communication, proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving
- Capable of working in a remote team
- Experience in Salesforce would be a benefit
- Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
- Other language skills are considered a plus
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
