About the role
- You act as an “Integrator” between business requirements and technology solutions to identify solutions for customer challenges
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops to capture requirements
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories through close collaboration with the client
- Participate in QA and UAT activities
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations, trends, and developments to offer clients the most modern solutions
- Analyze data and continuously produce reports to refine your insights
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in consulting or a comparable, relevant industry
- Solid experience capturing functional requirements for at least 2 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing or Commerce Cloud
- English language skills are required. Additional language skills are an advantage
