About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations for enterprise clients
- Act as a functional lead in client workshops and discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Guide clients through best practices, solution design, and roadmap planning
- Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and deployment support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Consulting, Development, Service) to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Independently lead client discussions, bringing innovative digital transformation ideas and solution strategies to the table based on your proven expertise.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience
- 1+ year of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementation
- 2+ years serving as functional lead in client discussions with enterprise customers
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns
- Proven track record delivering successful Salesforce projects in a consulting environment
- German language skills are a must have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- Bonus: Experience with Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Certifications in Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud are considered a benefit.
