Strategic Partnerships Manager – Digital/Tech

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and research potential partnerships
- Direct outreach and lead generation
- Create and maintain an up-to-date database of relevant leads
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Follow-up and account management
- Prepare regular reports on activities, results, KPIs, and new opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, including strong networking skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals, commercial collaborations, or partnerships
- Strategic thinking: ability to analyze accounts/partners, identify opportunities, and propose improvements
- Strong follow-up and account management skills; experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate value propositions
- Ability to analyze business data and customer metrics
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
