About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fullstack Development: You build web-based SaaS pilots and MVPs from the ground up (frontend, backend, APIs) using a modern stack (Next.js, Node.js, Supabase).
AI Integration: You integrate modern AI models (LLM APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain) into our products and make them accessible for SMEs.
AI-Assisted Coding: You use state-of-the-art tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Cline) to maximize the speed of your own workflow.
Agile Iteration: You work closely with our Testing Architect & Team Lead. Based on feedback and pilot data, you adapt architecture and features at lightning speed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Web Development: You have already gained initial practical experience in fullstack development (through previous jobs, intensive side projects, working-student positions, or hackathons).
Tech Stack: You have strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Next.js, optionally Svelte/Vue).
Backend Basics: You are comfortable on the backend as well (Node.js, REST APIs) and have experience with modern database solutions (Supabase, Firebase, or similar).
AI Interest: You are passionate about current developments in AI and excited to work with tools like LangChain or the OpenAI API.
Maker Mindset: You write clean code, but pragmatism wins. You hack, experiment, and learn instead of waiting for a 100% perfect architecture.
Languages: Fluent German and good English skills.
