Working Student Content Creator – UGC Video

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Face of the Brand: You appear on camera and give our MVP tests a face and a voice (in German).
- Performance & Acting: You creatively bring our scripts to life.
- Content Production: You shoot vertical videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts style) — in the office or from home.
- Editing: You edit your footage directly on mobile (e.g., CapCut) or on desktop.
- Rapid Testing: You produce variants (e.g., three different hooks for the same middle section) so we can test what performs on the market.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled student (field of study secondary — talent matters more than theory)
- Camera Confidence: You love being on camera, have a positive presence and aren’t afraid to show your face in ads
- Social Native: You spend time on TikTok/Reels and intuitively understand why one video goes viral and another doesn't
- Editing Experience: You’re proficient with CapCut, InShot or similar tools
- Adobe Premiere skills are nice to have, but speed and authenticity are more important to us
- Language: Fluent German (essential for the videos) and good English (for team communication)
- Hands-on Mentality: You don’t wait for the perfect light — you get started. Done is better than perfect.
