About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all client-facing deliverables
Responsible for the quality control and review of all DWC deliverables including annual compliance reporting, contribution calculations, non-discrimination testing, and government reporting
Ensure explanations and details prepared for clients are written in a client-friendly manner
Provide detailed constructive feedback to team members to improve their work quality
Collaborate with team members to enhance their skills and support their development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in retirement plan compliance, preferably within a TPA or consulting environment
Strong understanding of 401(k) plan operations, ERISA regulations, and IRS/DOL correction programs
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written communication with a focus on client-friendly language
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
