About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the seamless implementation and conversion of high-level, white label various retirement plan types
Serving as a key liaison among clients, advisors, TPAs, and internal teams
Managing the day to day Administration/Implementation process of clients across various product lines
Analyzing deliverables and timetables to develop detailed project plans
Ensuring the accuracy of regulatory notices and enrollment materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of progressive experience in client relationship management, retirement plan implementation, or recordkeeping operations
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Prior leadership or mentorship experience within an implementation or operations team is strongly preferred
Actively pursuing or holding retirement industry designations (RPF, QPA, QKA) is strongly encouraged
Expertise in retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 457, Mergers & Acquisitions
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with C-suite executives
