About the role
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services
- Stimulate participant enrollment for certain retirement programs and provide client support activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop, implement, and track direct to consumer marketing initiatives
- Manage follow-up with prospects from webinars and workshops, coordinate outreach communications, and maintain clean, actionable CRM data
- Support end-to-end campaign execution and event logistics—gathering assets, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of materials—while tracking performance metrics
- Provide onboarding support and troubleshoot participant issues; enable advisors with pre-qualified appointments and scheduling coordination
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Engage directly with certain clients to enhance customer experience with marketing support
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to the team
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field within financial services industry
- Retirement recordkeeping background a preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, DC Pro, Photoshop)
- Advanced excel experience preferred (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- For virtual remote positions: uninterrupted virtual work space and expectation of family care being in place during business hours
- Internet work speed requirement of 50 MBps or better for individual use
