Review/validate data and accurately enter and verify information in the Record Keeping System including: Participant Census, Advisor Assignment, Investment Elections, Beneficiary Elections, Scheduled Transactions & Participant Level Billing
Review and validate data and accurately enter transactions in the Record Keeping System including: Rebalances, Realignments & Fund Transfers
Review and validate data and accurately enter and verify custodial account information including: Participant Account Opening, Fund Additions & Advisor Assignment
Index initial forms received and place into queues for processing
Verify signatures, document revision date, and complete OFAC/CIP verification as needed
Internal and External follow-up with any correspondence needed for missing information
Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal associates as well as external clients
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while processing and reviewing all required tasks
Define areas for process improvements, and gaps in knowledge for team training
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
Must be able to work independently and maintain tight schedules
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail required
