About the role
- Analyze market trends and client needs to shape DWC’s go-to-market strategy
- Identify gaps in the marketplace and recommend new service offerings
- Collaborate with leadership to refine product-market fit and messaging
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a high-performing sales team
- Conduct coaching sessions to ensure messaging consistency and consultative selling
- Set and track quota targets, pipeline metrics, and performance benchmarks
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and reporting systems
- Create organizational structure to support growth and cross-functional collaboration
- Cultivate relationships with financial advisors, plan sponsors, and strategic partners
- Represent DWC at industry events, webinars, and networking forums
- Lead complex sales cycles involving plan design, compliance, and consulting services
Requirements
- 7–10 years of sales leadership experience in the TPA industry
- Proven success in building and scaling sales teams and infrastructure
- Deep understanding of ERISA, 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified retirement plans
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and launching new offerings
- Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree required; industry credentials (e.g., ASPPA, NIPA) a plus
