Key responsibilities & impact

Support the growth of Atlas Healthcare through sales, underwriting and customer service activities
Provide excellent support to existing clients while helping to develop new business opportunities
Process payments and ensure accurate record keeping
Assist with medical underwriting and policy administration
Collaborate across teams to deliver efficient and high-quality client service
Maintain and develop technical product knowledge and contribute to process improvements
Support initiatives that contribute to Atlas Healthcare's strategic objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good understanding of underwriting and customer servicing processes
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and organisational abilities
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
Experience in health insurance
Insurance, business or related qualifications will be considered an asset
