About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the growth of Atlas Healthcare through sales, underwriting and customer service activities
- Provide excellent support to existing clients while helping to develop new business opportunities
- Process payments and ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist with medical underwriting and policy administration
- Collaborate across teams to deliver efficient and high-quality client service
- Maintain and develop technical product knowledge and contribute to process improvements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Good understanding of underwriting and customer servicing processes

- Experience in health insurance
- Insurance, business or related qualifications will be considered an asset
