About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Producing high quality construction documents
Working in all phases of a project, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration
Reporting to the Production Director
Proficient in design software to create presentations
Participating in the drawing architectural construction documents in Revit
Assembling plans, construction documents, and other information for permitting
Coordinating preparation of construction documents with team members
Assisting with building Revit models during design phase
Assisting architects and project managers during construction administration phase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field
1+ years of professional experience preferred
Proficient in using Revit
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Creativity, integrity, and initiative
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent oral and written communication skills
