About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing all aspects of the architectural projects
Overseeing the Project Architect to ensure quality construction documents
Managing project schedule phases including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, and others
Reporting to Client Executive/Principal Architect
Supervising and managing Project Architect and project team
Organizing and directing architectural/engineering teams
Mentoring junior staff and maintaining positive client relationships
Keeping clients updated on project progress
Providing technical advice to project team
Leading Construction administration jobsite meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field is required
Architecture License preferred
7+ years of professional experience preferred
Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing
Willingness to make decisions and demonstrate sound judgment
Must demonstrate proficiency in using AutoCAD/Revit programs
Working knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites) a plus
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required
Knowledge of building codes required
