About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee PBI-Gordon’s HRIS and ensure HR data, workflows, and reporting operate efficiently and accurately
- Serve as subject matter expert and primary administrator for HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and Halo ticketing
- Manage administration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology functionality
- Lead recurring HR system cycles such as performance reviews and merit planning
- Own HR technology projects from initiation through implementation, including new modules, integrations, and vendor transitions
- Configure workflows, fields, security roles, and system modules
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and feature rollouts
- Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and governance standards
- Manage role-based security and monitor access permissions
- Identify process inefficiencies and streamline HR processes through automation
- Document workflows, SOPs, and system configurations
- Develop dashboards and provide ad hoc reporting and insights for HR leadership and business partners
- Liaise with HR technology vendors on updates, renewals, and issue resolution
- Partner with IT on integrations, data flows, and system security
- Collaborate with Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and MarComm
- Communicate priorities, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
- Follow company safety policies, participate in required safety training, and report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business, or IT
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HRIS administration, ideally in a mid-to-large organization
- Advanced data skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools to create dashboards and reports
- Proven experience supporting and optimizing HR technology platforms, including end-to-end operations, workflow streamlining, and user-experience enhancement
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, including distilling technical details for non-technical audiences
- Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus, but not required
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify for work in the United States
