About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical design and architecture of the paywise IT landscape from initial concept through to customer feedback
- Development of our Python/Django-based platform for digital debt collection
- Building and leading a development team with a focus on continuous innovation
- Integration of AI solutions to automate document processing and workflows
- Optimization and further development of our digital processes for debt recovery
- Oversight of the technical aspects of our legal services processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive expertise in Python and the Django framework
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (experience with modern frontend frameworks is a plus)
- Practical experience with AI tools and automated document processing
- Experience in solution architecture for complex financial and process systems
- Proactive attitude toward process optimization and technical innovation
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
