About the role
- Development of our Python/Django-based platform for digital claims management
- Integration of AI solutions to automate document processing and workflows
- Technical design and architecture of API integrations with accounting systems (such as sevdesk, Lexware Office, FastBill)
- Optimization and continuous improvement of our digital debt collection processes
- Management of the technical aspects of our legal service processes
- Building and leading a development team with a focus on continuous innovation
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in Python and the Django framework
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (experience with modern frontend frameworks is a plus)
- Practical experience with AI tools and automated document processing
- Understanding of API integrations with financial and accounting systems

- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
