About the role
- Lead the design strategy and execution for websites and digital platforms, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups tailored specifically for web and platform experiences
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives
- Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs iteratively.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, usability standards, and industry best practices for web and platform interfaces.
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional and responsive web experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) is a must; expertise in designing for web and platforms is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering successful web and platform projects showcased in your portfolio
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving requirements in a dynamic environment
- Experience in creating user interfaces for e-commerce platforms, content management systems, or web applications
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration into web design
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in web design
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and motion design for web experiences
