About the role
- Responsible for the complete and timely execution of monthly payroll processing for our clients.
- Advising and supporting clients on all payroll and employment law matters.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and collective bargaining agreements in payroll processing.
- Analyzing and optimizing existing payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Guiding and training junior team members and taking on complex special projects in the payroll area.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll, ideally in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of payroll tax, social security legislation, and employment law
- Experience with common payroll systems and HR software
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
