About the role

  • Responsible for the complete and timely execution of monthly payroll processing for our clients.
  • Advising and supporting clients on all payroll and employment law matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and collective bargaining agreements in payroll processing.
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Guiding and training junior team members and taking on complex special projects in the payroll area.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll, ideally in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of payroll tax, social security legislation, and employment law
  • Experience with common payroll systems and HR software
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
