About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create clear and concise PRDs and collaborate with various stakeholders including design team, engineering team, and QA team
- Manage and execute the daily product development cycle with an eye on the product vision of PayPay Securities
- Drive the timely implementation of ideas into the product without being constrained by precedents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user challenges and plan and execute to solve them
- Identify metrics that allow for a deep understanding of the user experience and repeatable continuous improvement of it
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the Internet/web company or an equivalent role
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or at least 3 years of technical experience
- Business level in Japanese is required (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent) and desirable to have English language skills as well.
