About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create clear and concise PRDs and collaborate with various stakeholders including design team, engineering team, and QA team
  • Manage and execute the daily product development cycle with an eye on the product vision of PayPay Securities
  • Drive the timely implementation of ideas into the product without being constrained by precedents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user challenges and plan and execute to solve them
  • Identify metrics that allow for a deep understanding of the user experience and repeatable continuous improvement of it

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the Internet/web company or an equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or at least 3 years of technical experience
  • Business level in Japanese is required (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent) and desirable to have English language skills as well.
