About the role
- Oversee multiple engineering operational projects
- Coordinate engineering, technical, and procurement activities across various teams
- Manage program-level risks and issues
- Develop and manage program plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment
- Experience with agile lifecycle management preferred
- Strong technical acumen and voice of the customer across the program delivery lifecycle
