  • Lead the global strategy and execution of integrated talent programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of HR executive leadership experience
  • 8+ years leading both Talent Management and DIE&B functions within large, global organizations
  • 12+ years of people leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in executive talent management, succession planning, and executive selection
  • Strong background in organizational design and development
  • Demonstrated strength in learning and development
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and strong analytical capabilities
  • Certification in assessment tools preferred
  • Deep understanding of modern HR technology ecosystems
  • Experience leveraging external talent market insights and benchmarking
