About the role
- Lead oversight and execution across Finance Technology initiatives ensuring effective resource allocation, documentation, and governance
- Ensure projects leveraging SAP Finance platforms and integrated applications are resourced effectively and requirements and designs are thoroughly documented
- Establish and enforce end-to-end governance across SAP and non-SAP solutions ensuring traceability and auditability
- Own accountability for SOX and related compliance requirements, embedding compliance checkpoints into SAP project lifecycles
- Coordinate across product, engineering, finance, audit, and compliance teams to align on requirements, dependencies, and integrations
- Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, or compliance gaps and ensure timely resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in documentation standards, governance reporting, and disciplined delivery
- Lead large and complex cross-functional and cross-organizational enterprise systems projects and programs
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous management experience (preferred)
- 12+ years of product management, finance technology, or governance/compliance leadership experience with a strong focus on SAP Finance platforms
- Deep understanding of SAP financial systems (S/4HANA, ECC, FICO modules)
- Experience with SAP ERP and integration with surrounding applications
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and enterprise-wide applications
