Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years relevant experience and a Juris doctorate degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience leading or managing legal professionals
Experience in leading leasing transactions, assisting in M&A transactions from diligence to integration
Knowledge of tax incentive arrangements and sustainability programs and metrics
Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional matters in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with AI-powered contract review or CLM tools
