Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
Solid critical and analytical thinking, decision making, and innovative problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal/written (and PowerPoint) communication skills, including a proven track record of effective communication with regulatory agencies.
Proven ability to interact well with internal leaders and external contacts, including regulators.
Ability to credibly challenge solutions and ensure timely escalation of issues and concerns.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Compliance experience in the financial services industry, with financial services licensing and reporting experience, and/or regulatory examination management experience preferred.
