About the role
- Own end-to-end management of the Win Checkout sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression tracking
- Develop and maintain comprehensive pipeline reporting and analytics to provide visibility into sales performance and trends
- Create standardized processes for deal evaluation, approval workflows, and stage-gate progression
- Monitor deal velocity and identify bottlenecks that could impact revenue targets
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and other key teams
- Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines, and dependencies
- Develop senior stakeholder reporting and create materials for driving weekly steering committee meetings
- Drive accountability across teams by establishing clear ownership, deliverables, and deadlines and escalate blockers to leadership
- Conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analysis of potential deals, including ROI calculations, risk assessments, and competitive positioning
- Challenge assumptions and validate business cases presented by internal teams and external partners
- Develop frameworks for deal prioritization based on strategic value, implementation complexity, and resource requirements
- Create deal recommendations to senior leadership with clear rationale and supporting data
- Create comprehensive end-to-end process maps and document and standardize processes
- Develop detailed business requirements and manage and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Act as a subject matter expert to guide teams in process improvement initiatives and establish best practices
- Proactively collate customer feedback to inform sales strategy and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Win Checkout capabilities and roadmap
- Create and maintain comprehensive deal documentation and knowledge repository
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (education may be substituted with experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in operations or strategic initiatives at a leading consulting firm or within technology companies (conflicting listing present)
- Previous experience in fintech or e-commerce preferred
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with revenue impact
- Experience working directly with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong financial modeling capabilities with experience in deal evaluation and ROI analysis
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management tools
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in matrix organizations without direct authority
- Self-directed with strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
