Key responsibilities & impact

Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes.
Identify issues and recommend best practices for process improvements.
Partner with various departments to understand business trends.
Drive business or process improvements within the function.
Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
Act as a point of contact or liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, P2P operations, customer support, or related functions
2+ years of people management experience
Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, intake processes, and purchasing tools/systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex procurement processes into clear, actionable guidance
Experience supporting M&A activities, integrations, or transformation initiatives is a plus
