Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes.
  • Identify issues and recommend best practices for process improvements.
  • Partner with various departments to understand business trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, P2P operations, customer support, or related functions
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, intake processes, and purchasing tools/systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex procurement processes into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience supporting M&A activities, integrations, or transformation initiatives is a plus
