Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelors in computer science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; Masters preferred
- 5+ years of applied data science or ML engineering experience in industry
- 2+ years shipping and maintaining production ML models at scale
- Strong Python and distributed SQL proficiency (BigQuery or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ownership of product metrics and experiment programs
- Experience in identifying opportunities in product improvement
- Experience in Statistical Causal inference and Classification models
- Hands-on work building or deploying LLM-based agents in a production environment
- Familiarity with experiment metadata governance and instrumentation frameworks
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
