About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prioritize and analyze internal and external escalations to prevent future escalations.
- Provide feedback regarding necessary changes and updates including policies, upgrades, and potential workflow changes.
- Function as Subject Matter Expert, partnering with key stakeholders for educating, training, coaching, and enhancing risk/detections.
- Report trends, make recommendations, and escalate issues/concerns appropriately to enhance the program.
- Develop robust monthly insights for team members and the leadership team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Detail-oriented, with attention to meeting documentation-based timelines
- Strategic thinker who understands what they are doing and why they are doing it
- Analytical thinker who can work comfortably on data analysis and other internal tooling
