Requirements

8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management, including control design, issue management, risk assessments, and executive reporting
Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with industry frameworks (e.g., COSO), risk taxonomies, and issue/incident management practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex or conflicting information clearly and effectively
