About the role
- Conduct internal audit activities across assigned areas.
- Draft audit issues and reports for management review.
- Track and validate closure of audit issues.
- Communicate audit findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Document audit work concisely and in accordance with quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Lead and manage multiple audit projects simultaneously.
- Design and execute audit test programs.
- Apply advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills to identify risks.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and business partners.
- CPA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification preferred.
- Big 4 or financial services internal audit experience
