- Oversee Genesys CloudCX environment
- Handle outages and work with vendors
- Lead network design and support system availability
- Deploy equipment and manage SSL certificates
- Implement and improve operational procedures
- Offer on-call support and monitor infrastructure
- Manage global teams and mentor team members
- Communicate incident impacts and create documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Genesys Cloud CX–focused certification
- Hands‑on experience designing Genesys Cloud CX contact center solutions
- Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with CRMs using APIs
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX analytics
- Experience supporting AI features in Genesys Cloud CX
- Strong understanding of core AWS services
- Experience designing cloud integrations between AWS services and CCaaS platforms
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices
- Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Experience troubleshooting complex, multi‑system issues
