About the role
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence the quality and effectiveness of compensation processes and programs
- Analyze compensation data and best practices to recommend improvements and alternative solutions
- Oversee team performance and prioritize work related to compensation initiatives
- Work independently to address complex compensation issues outside of defined processes
- Support the implementation of pay-for-performance compensation programs
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years in compensation analysis or a quantitative analytical role
- Advanced data visualization and insight storytelling (Power BI, Tableau)
- Expert Excel financial/data modeling and scenario analysis
- Knowledge of compensation market and regulatory frameworks
- Python, SQL, or R a plus
- CCP designation a plus
