Collaborate with internal teams to influence the quality and effectiveness of compensation processes and programs
Analyze compensation data and best practices to recommend improvements and alternative solutions
Oversee team performance and prioritize work related to compensation initiatives
Work independently to address complex compensation issues outside of defined processes
Support the implementation of pay-for-performance compensation programs

Requirements

3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years in compensation analysis or a quantitative analytical role
Advanced data visualization and insight storytelling (Power BI, Tableau)
Expert Excel financial/data modeling and scenario analysis
Knowledge of compensation market and regulatory frameworks
Python, SQL, or R a plus
CCP designation a plus
