About the role
- Execute plans to build and maintain partnerships with key payment entities
- Build rapport with operational stakeholders at partner organizations
- Manage contracts and agreements under senior guidance
- Partner with product and marketing teams to roll out new partnership-driven initiatives
- Analyze partner performance data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities
- Track regulatory updates and competitive developments that could impact partnerships
- Report progress on partnerships to senior leadership regularly
- Lead internal teams in resolving partnership-related challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables
- Identify incremental opportunities for partnership expansion
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience building and maintaining partnerships with payment entities
- Experience managing contracts and agreements
- Experience partnering with product and marketing teams to roll out initiatives
- Ability to analyze partner performance data and identify areas of improvement or new opportunities
- Track regulatory updates and competitive developments
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience leading internal teams to resolve partnership-related challenges
