About the role

  • Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes
  • Identify issues and recommend best practices for process improvements
  • Partner with various departments to understand business trends and drive improvements
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets
  • Act as a point of contact or liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners
  • Promote transparent reporting and foster data-driven decision-making by defining key metrics and evaluating progress
  • Maintain and manage centralized inbox and annual meetings calendar for Finance & Ops leadership
  • Prepare briefing materials and executive communications for OCFO/OCOO and senior meetings
  • Standardize processes, templates, and tools for reporting, planning, and communication
  • Coordinate and deliver leadership offsites, FinOps team meetings, planning workshops, all-hands meetings, and follow-ups
  • Strengthen employee engagement through structured listening and an annual engagement activity calendar
  • Partner with HR to align on talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal), experience preparing materials for senior forums
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage senior-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and simplifying complexity into action
  • Experience with planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets
  • Experience coordinating leadership offsites, team meetings, and large events
  • Experience partnering with HR on talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health
  • Experience managing executive inboxes, calendars, and briefing materials
