- Develop and implement omnichannel paid media strategies to drive business outcomes
- Manage audience segmentation and targeting to optimize campaign performance
- Create and maintain an experimentation roadmap to test and refine marketing initiatives
- Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels to maximize return on investment
- Collaborate with leadership, finance, and analytics teams to align strategies and reporting
- Partner with media agencies to ensure continuous campaign optimization and performance
- Oversee the delivery of seamless onboarding experiences across channels
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience managing media agencies and external partners
- Experience leading teams and managing significant marketing budgets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of performance marketing platforms, measurement frameworks, and emerging marketing technologies
