Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience managing media agencies and external partners
  • Experience leading teams and managing significant marketing budgets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing platforms, measurement frameworks, and emerging marketing technologies
