About the role
- Own the end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs
- Identify the most suitable formats for training materials based on learner needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the learning program development process
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure learning programs align with business objectives
- Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and implement continuous improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Mastery of ID tools: Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
- Strong grasp of learning science and user-experience (UX)
- Familiarity with simulation, Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
- Understanding of xAPI and analytics integration
- Passion for innovation and inclusion in learning
- Skilled at stakeholder facilitation and proposal prototyping
