About the role
- drive data-informed decision-making across Venmo's lifecycle, paid media, and partnership channels
- own the marketing-side analytics process: shaping requests, synthesizing outputs, and delivering performance narratives
- serve as the business owner of measurement requirements
- liaise with media agencies on launch plans, optimization roadmaps, and budget alignment
- activate co-branding campaigns, product launches, and report results to leadership
- manage budget reporting, including agency costs and incentive payouts, for all campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (Python or R)
- hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- working knowledge of marketing measurement: attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis
- familiarity with lifecycle marketing metrics (engagement, retention, LTV) and omnichannel measurement challenges
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
