About the role

  • drive data-informed decision-making across Venmo's lifecycle, paid media, and partnership channels
  • own the marketing-side analytics process: shaping requests, synthesizing outputs, and delivering performance narratives
  • serve as the business owner of measurement requirements
  • liaise with media agencies on launch plans, optimization roadmaps, and budget alignment
  • activate co-branding campaigns, product launches, and report results to leadership
  • manage budget reporting, including agency costs and incentive payouts, for all campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (Python or R)
  • hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • working knowledge of marketing measurement: attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis
  • familiarity with lifecycle marketing metrics (engagement, retention, LTV) and omnichannel measurement challenges
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
