About the role

  • Actively participate in the technical discovery phase with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Assist customers during the integration and onboarding process, ensuring smooth and successful deployment of solutions.
  • Explain complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical audiences, ensuring they understand PayPal's technology and value proposition.
  • Record and review the solutioning process with the integration team to ensure technical and business requirements are met.
  • Represent the technical voice of the customer internally, participating in product design and roadmap reviews to ensure customer needs are addressed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with PayPal's Braintree and PPCP platforms.
  • Experience in fraud and risk relating to ecommerce transactions and mitigation best practices.
  • Responsible for maintaining records and documents associated with the engagement from Discovery, to post go live.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation used with merchants.
  • Will provide training to internal organizations on Risk and Fraud Management products, best practices and sales guidance.
