About the role
- Serve as the Business Unit Compliance Officer for the Consumer Credit organization.
- Support business initiatives related to PayPal Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products.
- Lead complex projects and problem resolution efforts related to risk management.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and analyze risks that may impact operations.
- Drive global process improvements through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Compliance for financial services, banking, or payment systems.
- Experience providing product specific compliance advisory support.
- Excellent ability to analyze risks in complex business processes and recommend compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and project management skills.
- High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit.
