Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience within Payments, e-Commerce, FinTech, or a platform-based ecosystem.
- Demonstrated executive leadership in digital payments, driving market share through strategic partnerships and product management.
- Deep specialization in Payments, eCommerce, loyalty, and complex go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to architect and scale product-led partnerships that deliver measurable business impact.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing funding and C-level commitment for multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Expertise in next-generation payment systems, including BNPL/installments, subscriptions, stablecoins, and complex multi-seller marketplace infrastructures.
- Experience leading global expansion and managing initiatives across multiple geographies.
