Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Leverage best practices and knowledge to improve products, tools, and process training for sales
- Apply hands-on payments expertise, drawing from direct product role experience within the payments industry
- Build compelling product-level narratives, pitch decks, and sales training materials
- Act as a conduit between Product, PMM, and Sales
- Support new product rollouts and key initiatives
- Assess sales knowledge gaps and design tailor-made learning path support
- Collaborate regularly with peers, internal partners, and cross-functional project teams
- Analyze sales and training data to evaluate program effectiveness
