Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and design effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance
Lead the creation and customization of learning content, ensuring it aligns with the learner experience and is optimized for program objectives
Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance learning outcomes
Support the development of the learning and development strategy, contributing to decision-making regarding resource allocation and program prioritization
Requirements
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Outstanding facilitation and communication skills (in-person and virtual)
Experience managing learning program logistics and supporting enterprise programs
Demonstrated ability to consult and influence across stakeholder groups
Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms
