Lead the design, architect and execution of large-scale learning programs that align with business objectives
Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to assess strategic learning needs, develop impactful learning solutions, and optimize employee performance across the organization
Provide thought leadership to Learning & Development team members, ensuring high-quality content creation and alignment with the overall learner experience and program objectives
Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through in-depth analysis of feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes, making strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and program scaling
Lead the development of the learning and development strategy, contributing to decision-making, resource allocation, and program prioritization to support long-term organizational growth
Manage the budget for supported learning programs, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure cost-effective sourcing of learning resources and tools
Requirements
8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Outstanding facilitation and communication skills (in-person and virtual)
Experience managing learning program logistics and supporting enterprise programs
Demonstrated ability to consult and influence across stakeholder groups
Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms
