Support development and review of marketing and advertising copy and content from concept through execution
Perform legal and regulatory compliance risk assessments, propose creative solutions where applicable, and help advance business objectives

Requirements
Juris Doctor from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association
Admitted to, and in good standing with, a state bar
15+ years of marketing legal experience either at a law firm or in-house
5+ years of experience in advising marketing professionals in the financial services/fintech space is required
Expertise in risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks as they relate to marketing and advertising
Experience navigating complex legal issues around digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies
Extensive knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines applicable to mobile, social media, and traditional marketing, including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, COPPA, GDPR, TCPA, the FTC Endorsement and Testimonial Guidelines and telemarketing sales rules
Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills
