About the role
- Drive the global growth of PayPal’s Buy Now, Pay Later and Consumer Products
- Transform data into actionable insights that align with a bold product vision
- Lead agile practices—including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, researchers, and data scientists to identify opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking
- Experience working with Partnerships like schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Banks, PSPs)
- Experience with Consumer as well as Merchant/Business Facing Products
- Experience in building and scaling platforms to accelerate growth
